All these flours are produced using grains we grow in the Cecina Valley through the organic method. We grind them on a grindstone: the grain turns into flour through the stones scratching, thus not losing all their sensory characteristics and guaranteeing high nutritional values; such nutritional values are rich in food fibres, vitamins, mineral salts (potassium, magnesium), enzymes, high quality proteins.
They are suitable for baking bread, pizza, piadina, pasta, sweets and all the other home-made specialities.
